Whatever type of relaxing holiday you are looking for, we can offer... Unless you are specifically looking for night clubs, rowdy bars and theme parks! Rural Roosts is based on a farm in a very small village called Stainfield. There is plenty to do and see in the area such as walking, cycling, painting and watching and photographing the wildlife and nature all around the lodges. Each warm and comfortable cabin is equipped with your every need so that, should you wish to, you needn't venture far!
The lodges surround a well stocked fishing lake which has coarse fish (carp, bream, rudd and tench). Fish weighup to 15lb in this lake so anglers have a superb opportunity to fish while friends and family light the bar-b-que!
Whether you are looking for a short break or a long stay, you will find plenty to do or alternatively plenty to gaze at in this picturesque setting!Every pine lodge has fully equipped facilities which are listed on our accommodation page. So feel free to browse our site and don't hesitate to phone or email with any queries.
Rural Roosts is a family run business started by Katie and Tim Olivant who also run the adjoining farm. Ever keen to meet your specific requirements they are on hand to answer questions and give advice regarding local events and amenities.
Dogs are welcome (if accompanied by their owners!) but please phone to discuss first! For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted in any of the lodges.
