We make 60 different flavours of sausages, using only local in-season ingredients, real alcohol, natural skins, No artificial colourings or flavourings. Because we use Rare breeds and they are kept free range, the pork tastes like it used to taste years ago, moist but not watery. I guarantee that you will get proper crackling without salting or scoring. Just put it in the oven and leave it. It will crackle all on its own.
We hang our beef for 3 weeks and again because of the breed (Dexter) it tastes wonderful and is very tender without having to pump it with relaxants.
We also supply, Goats Milk and Cheese, Jams and Preserves, Apple Juice, Welsh Water, Welsh Cheese, Gloucester Cheese, Cooked Ham, Bacon, Home Cooked Pies, Organic Chutneys and Jams, Dairy Free and Gluten Free Produce, Home Cooked Cakes.
