Founded in 1998 Gilly's produce high quality handmade salad dressings, marinades, cooking sauces and chutneys.
We sell at Stroud, Ascot, Beaconsfield, Bourton, Cheltenham, Hungerford, Newbury, Olmey, Oxford, Purley, Reading, Waddesdon, Woburn and Woodstock Farmers' Markets.
Our product range includes Oil Free Balsamic Dressing, Vintage Vinaigrette, Sugar-Free Lime and Coriander Dressing, Honey Mustard Dressing, Ginger and Honey Marinade, Chilli and Ginger Marinade, Caramelised Red Onion Chutney and a Ginger, Pineapple and Garlic Chutney.
We also do mail order, supply farm shops, and attend shows and events. Please contact us for more details. The inspiration for our recipes comes from a genuine love for fine food. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and wherever possible source local and organic ingredients to produce them.
