From our base in the beautiful heart of rural Central Scotland, overlooking Gartmorn Nature Reserve, Gartmorn Farm produces and supplies the finest free-range corn fed poultry. As of spring 2006 we can now boast that our birds are fed on a diet with corn as a 100% replacement to wheat. This gives them a lovely natural bloom and added flavour not present in the more readily available died equivalents.
Our product range is as extensive as it is succulent and includes everything from whole turkeys, chickens and ducks to a distinctive range of special cuts. Our poultry are reared as nature intended, therefore the taste and quality are truly exceptional.
